Watts, 64, of Laurel died Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel. Mr. Watts was retired from the U. S. Army where he served during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Ruby E. Watts of Laurel; two sons, Michael Watts and Terry Franklin Watts, both of Texas; step-son, Jason Lee Jones of Laurel; two grandchildren; mother, Erma Ruth Watts of Laurel; and two sisters, Pamela McBay of Soso, and Suzane Donald of Laurel. Memory Chapel of Laurel is in charge of the arrangements.
